Dating back to the 1800’s and only a short walk from the Creswell Crags, this pub has been in the centre of the community for generations.

After years of trouble and bad reputation the pub is now back in the heart of the community with a focus on serving a wide variety of pub meals.

Our weekly programme of entertainment has already seen the restarting of the quiz night every Sunday and the very popular poker night every Tuesday. Weekly DJ’s and live entertainment will return soon too.

We currently serve a huge selection of drinks. We are confident you will find something to tantalize your taste buds that wont leave you feeling out of pocket.

We stock over 80 varieties of Gin, 20 brands of Vodka and have over 40 cocktails to choose from. We also serve a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks too.

The outdoor area is a great space for socialising. If you fancy a bbq party but dont have the space at home, book to borrow our bbq’s free of charge, you bring your own food, you cook and we’ll clean up afterwards.
